TinyMCE with Help Plugin (initial draft)

There is a google code project for this plugin.

This page shows all available buttons and plugins that are included in the TinyMCE core package. There are more examples on how to use TinyMCE on the official examples page.

Observe that the "question mark icon" appears in the "insert/modify table" and "insert/edit link" dialogues.
